If you are not satisfied with your purchase of the hand-crafted Hana Collection for any reason, we honor a full refund of our product or exchange within 21 days of purchase.  Product(s)must be returned at purchasers expense in unworn new condition and attached to product card.
In 30 years of providing The Hana Collection to collectors worldwide, we have not experienced a request for return or exchange. That says a lot about our confidence in providing you our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Please provide a picture in the event anything is damaged during shipping.

SHIPPING

1. We will provided you a tracking number for all shipments.

2. Men's Clothes ship free via ePacket direct from our overseas manufacturer as specified in product description. Shipping from outside the United States takes 12 to 20 business days. If you do not receive your order within 30 days, please contact us.

3. The Hana Collection ships free from Maui, Hawaii in 1 to 2 business days USPS Priority Mail with tracking number.

4. Maui Woke Brand Logo Clothing and Accessories ship from the United States in 3 to 5 business days USPS First Class as specified in product description after fulfillment. Fulfillment to process order is 1 to 3 days. Shipping fees specified at checkout.

EXCHANGE/RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY

1. Simply provide us a reason for your return or exchange.

2. Please provide us with a photo of any damage or misprint.

3. We ask you to provide return postage fees if nesessary. We will cover re-shipping fees sending you a replacement product.

4. When we received returned product or photo of damage, we will initiate refund for the full amount of the purchase, credited back to to purchasers initial credit card . You will be notified by email when refund is issued.

5. All returns must be in new unused condition with tags.

6. We do not provide refund or exchange for mis-sized clothing or accessories. (Excluding The Hana Collection-see below) Refund or exchange is eligible for damaged or unreceived products only.

7. All requests must be submitted to Maui Woke Customer Support within 21 days of purchase to be eligible for exchange or refund.
